Setup: After the events of Jessica Against Bruce the Club X gang finds themselves serving detention…

(Seven teenagers sit in an empty classroom dispersed among the desks. Mr. Collins is overseeing the detention. He stands to leave for the restroom, but not before giving the kids strict orders to BEHAVE!)

(At his leave Jessica Wakefield, who has been sitting in the back, takes out of her book bag a small tape deck and a black leather jacket with a large white X embroidered upon it’s back. Bruce Patman, who’s sitting in the front, eyes her curiously as she stands and heads towards the classroom, pulling her arms into the coat, and sets the tape player on Mr. Collin’s desk.)

Bruce: "What do you think you’re doing?"

Jessica: (smiles coyly and motions to the other boys to join her) "Bruce, this one’s for you."

(At this, Ronnie Edwards, Tad "Blubber" Johnson, Michael Harris, Jim Sturbridge, and Charlie Cashman, all stand, donning their jackets and following Jessica’s lead the front of the class, where they form a line behind the desk and begin clapping as she hits play)

Bruce: (starts laughing but is cut off by Jessica beginning to sing)

Jessica: "You got me running going out of my mind. You got me thinking me that I'm wasting my time. Don't bring me down."

Jessica and the boys: (they join in to chorus) "No, no, no, no, no, ooh ooh"

Jessica: "I'll tell you once more before I get off the floor, don't bring me down."

Jessica: (hands on her hips and she sways to the music) "You want to stay out with your fancy friends. I'm telling you it's gotta be the end. Don't bring me down."

The boys: (dancing in the background, shaking their fingers at him)No, no, no, no, no, ooh ooh!"

Altogether (minus Bruce, of course): "I'll tell you once more before I get off the floor, don't bring me down."

Jessica: (hopping onto Mr. Collin’s desk) "Don't bring me down, Bruce! Don't bring me down, Bruce! Don't bring me down, Bruce! Don't bring me down!"

Bruce: (annoyed, stands and sings back to her) "What happenned to the girl I used to know? You let your mind out somewhere down the road!"

Jessica: "Don't bring me down!"

The Boys: (they twist around, shaking their butts) "No, no, no, no, no!"

Ronnie: (Tad knocks him over, where he collide’s with the heavy door, the knob hitting him in a sensitive part, causing him to cry out in a high voice) "OOH OOH!"

Jessica and the Boys (minus Ronnie): "I'll tell you once more before I get off the floor, don't bring me down!"

Jessica: "You're always talkin' 'bout your crazy nights. One of these days you're gonna get it right. Don't bring me down!"

The Boys (minus Ronnie): (they form a line, their right legs to the front, pointing their right index fingers at Bruce) "No, no, no, no, no!"

Michael and Jim: (as their bodies hit the wood) "Ooh ooh!"

Jessica, Tad, and Charlie: "I'll tell you once more before I get off the floor, don't bring me down!"

Jessica: (glaring at Bruce) "Don't bring me down, Bruce! Don't bring me down, Bruce! Don't bring me down, Bruce! Don't bring me down!"

Jessica: (jumping from the desk to the floor in front of Bruce and pokes him in the chest) "You're looking good just like a snake in the grass. One of these days you're gonna break your glass. Don't bring me down!"

Charlie and Tad: (getting funky) "No no, no no, no no, no no, no, ooh ooh" (give each other high fives)

Jessica: (staring menacingly at Bruce) "I'll tell you once more before I get off the floor, don't bring me down."

Tad: (behind Jessica and Bruce’s staring contest, he gets really into the music and tries to break dance, nearly crushing Charlie, and breaking Mr. Collin’s chair)

Jessica: (her eyes never leaving Bruce’s) "You got got me shaking, got me running away. You got me crawling up to you every day. Don't bring me down."

Charlie: (trying to sing amidst Tad’s break dancing) "No, no, no, no, no!" (being kicked by one of Tad’s massive legs) "Ooh ooh!!"

Jessica: "I'll tell you once more before I get off the floor, don't bring me down." (Bruce’s arms slowly draw around her)

Charlie: (angered by being kicked, jumps on top of Tad and punches him in the face) "Down, down, down, down, down!"

Jessica: (almost a whisper) "I'll tell you once more before I get off the floor, don't bring me down." (tilts her head back as Bruce leans in for a kiss)

(The door slams open, hitting Ronnie once again in his sensitive area, and Mr. Collins enters. His eyes widen as he surveys the scene: Ronnie lying I front of him grasping his croch; Michael and Jim unconscious across the room; Charlie beating the crap out of Tad; and Bruce and Jessica with their arms around each other about to kiss.)

Mr. Collins: (his face unrecognizable as it contorts with fury) "Principal Coopers office!!! NOW!!!!"
