\\#7 Boy Meets Girl;
I love this book! And I just thought I'd mention here since I haven't yet, I haven't read these books since they came out and stopped reading around 31. The first time I read it I didn't think much of this book but I love now. I really don't care for the Jessica-Jeremy storyline. They seem to be a lot of people's favorite couple but for some reason I don't care much for them. Not enough drama for me I guess. And I don't like Jessica to begin with. But I don't like Liz, either, yet I love the Liz-Conner storyline till they screwed it up. Anyways, this book had a lot about Jess and Jeremy. Personally, I think she's just using him to get her mind off Will. She fell for Will hard, and it's hardly been a month. And there's the part at the end where she lit up after him apologizing to her.
After avoiding Liz in order to make his happy life last a little longer, Conner completely blows up at Liz after she finds out his mother's a drunk. I like how they handled that. Megan slowly panicking when she realized her mother was drunk, and Liz finding out. I also like how they handled the Melissa situation. They didn't dwell too much on the suicide attempt, but they didn't just brush over it.
Favorite Scene: When Will tells Melissa it's over and she punches him and yells "You lying, cheating bastard!" That was great.
Favorite Quote:
Keith: Romeo and Juliet, the Bard's star-crossed lovers.
Jeremy: Cool. That's romantic.
Keith: Sure. I guess. If you think gang warfare, murder, and suicide are romantic.
My sentiments exactly!
Janitor One gives Boy Meets Girl 5/5 Conners!
