The C in Cain C. HargreavesThere has been much speculation over what the C in Cain's name stands for. Back in the days of Sakura-Crisis one of the author talks was translated as Kaori Yuki saying you should be able to figure it out from the second volume, which on the message board led to a general consensus of his middle name being Cornwall. :p In the English release there is no such mention but I guess that was one of the mistranslations going from Japanese to Chinese to English. In 2004 and 2005 the compilations of the first five books of the original Earl Cain Saga where released. If you remove the dust jacket Cain's full name is printed clearly on the cover.
